How Advergenix handles the information you send us when you apply.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, the documents you upload, your answers to screening questions, and technical details such as the time of submission and the IP address it came from.
Why
To review your application, contact you about it, arrange interviews and make a hiring decision. If you opt in, we also keep your profile to contact you about future roles.
Who sees it
Only the Advergenix team members involved in hiring for the role. We do not sell or share candidate data with third parties. Email and files are stored on servers we control.
How long
12 months after the role closes, after which the application is anonymised. Talent pool profiles are kept until you withdraw. Hired candidates' data moves to the employee record.
Your rights
You can see the status of your application, withdraw it, correct your contact details or ask for deletion from the status link in your confirmation email, or by writing to careers@advergenix.com.
